A Returnable security deposit of Rs. 5000/- will be taken in cash by the Hotel or need to provide Credit Card number to the hotel during Check-in towards only extra payments such as Mini Bar, Room Service, Laundry, Telephones, etc. You are requested to carry a Valid Photo Id proof which will be required by the hotel at the time of Check-in. Airport transfers are not included in the package. Early Check-in and Late Check-out is strictly subject to availability & cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Considering the fluidity of the pandemic situation, the organizing team of IAA 2021 Mumbai has taken a decision of allowing cancellation of the registration fee till 15 days prior to the conference with a full refund (deducting GST) in case of governmental restrictions.
All queries and requests for cancellation should be made to the conference secretariat at iaacon202one@gmail.com. Any query or request after 10^th October, 2021 will not be entertained and no refund can be availed. The refund will be made by cheque after the date of the conference.
