Every year one candidate will be selected for each centre by interview during the IAA national conference (IAACON).
Centre allotment will be done by the panelist and cannot be selected by the candidate.
Accommodation will be provided by the center subject to availability (single or twin sharing).
Each candidate will be provided Rs 40,000 (Rupees forty thousand only) by Indian Arthroplasty Association.
Candidates can arrange own accommodation if they wish at their own cost.
Food and travel should be taken care by the selected candidate.
If a center has more than one mentor then there will be a single point of contact for both IAA Secretary and the selected candidate for communications and in turn that mentor will co-ordinate with other surgeons and organize the schedule for the candidates during that four weeks.
Fellowship has to be completed before the next IAA annual conference (IAACON).
After completion of the fellowship, candidate has to attend the immediate IAA annual conference (IAACON) to receive the completion certificate.
