Each delegate can submit only ONE abstract for Free Paper and ONE abstract for E-poster. ONLY
REGISTERED DELEGATES OF IAACON 202ONE CAN SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT. For registration follow the link
in our website - www.indianarthroplastyassociation.com. All abstracts should NOT be more than 500 words consisting of Introduction, Materials & Methods,
Results, Discussion/Conclusion. Abstracts are to be submitted ONLY by e-mail to freepapersIAACON2021@gmail.com. Please mention it
is for Oral/Poster presentation. No abstracts will be accepted on any other email, fax, hard copies, etc All abstracts need to undergo an evaluation process. Based on the evaluation, a delegate can present ONE paper/ ONE Poster only The presenting author or one of the co-authors should preferably (not compulsorily) be a member of IAA
(either ratified or non-ratified). Each author must have contributed to the scientific part of Free paper
being submitted. For online membership - www.indianarthroplastyassociation.com. All free paper awards are given to the presenting author only. The Best Free Paper / Best Free
Poster shall be awarded a Fellowship at a Centre of repute in arthroplasty (details shall be
provided soon) along with certificates. Free Paper duration is 7 minutes only with 3 mins discussion. All posters will be presented as E-poster
only. No change in presenting author is allowed during Free paper final session. A free paper can have one presenting author and up to 3 co-authors. The last date of submission is 11.59 pm on 30th September, 2021. No new author can be added after the submission of Free paper. Change in the sequence of speakers may be considered upto10th October, 2021. This shall get reflected in the printed copy of the abstract book.
